Alicia Thomas
Administrative Assistant
Alicia supports the foundation’s daily operations through organization, communication, and coordination. Helps maintain records, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth internal workflow across programs and community initiatives.
Enyasha Harris
Community & Partnerships Outreach Coordinator
Enyasha oversees community relationships, partnerships, and outreach. Ensures DLF stays connected to the needs of Caribbean communities and builds strong collaborations to support our programs.
Asha Lewis
Director of Programs & Services
Oversees the planning and execution of all foundation programs and community initiatives. Ensures services are mission-aligned, impactful, and meet the needs of families across the Caribbean diaspora.

Founder & Board President
Debbie is the heart and inspiration behind the foundation, continuing a multigenerational legacy of service rooted in her mother and grandmother’s example. Her leadership centers compassion, community uplift, and cultural preservation across the Caribbean diaspora. As Board President, she guides the organization’s mission and long-term vision.
Eastlyn Lewis
Vice President
Eastlyn supports board leadership by strengthening governance, enhancing decision-making, and providing structural support for the foundation’s long-term growth. She has been a dedicated supporter of the Debbie Lewis Foundation’s mission and has actively assisted with donating materials and resources to support its community programs. Her commitment to service and community-centered values contributes meaningfully to the foundation’s ongoing impact.
Alicia Thomas
Secretary
Alicia serves as Secretary of the Debbie Lewis Foundation, ensuring clear communication and accurate documentation across all board activities. In this role, she maintains organizational transparency, oversees record-keeping, and supports strong internal operations. With years of experience and a high level of organization, Alicia plays a vital role in keeping the foundation’s governance processes efficient, compliant, and well-structured.
Daniel Lewis
Partnerships & Outreach Director
Mr. Danielle supports the foundation by cultivating partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders. His relationship-building skills and community presence help expand the foundation’s reach and impact. He serves as a key connector between DLF and the communities it serves.
Sitan Toure
Treasurer
Sitan brings a strong accounting background and financial stewardship to the foundation. She oversees budgeting, reporting, and financial transparency to ensure all resources are managed responsibly. Her commitment helps sustain the foundation’s long-term stability and impact.

Programs & Community Director
With a strong background in event planning and program curation, Asha brings hands-on experience designing meaningful, culturally rooted experiences that uplift and connect families across the Caribbean diaspora.
