Founder & Executive Director

Debbie leads the foundation with compassion, cultural pride, and a commitment to serving Caribbean families. She guides the mission, strategy, and core programs that reflect generations of community-focused service.

Alicia Thomas

Administrative Assistant

Alicia supports the foundation’s daily operations through organization, communication, and coordination. Helps maintain records, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth internal workflow across programs and community initiatives.

Enyasha Harris

Community & Partnerships Outreach Director

Enyasha oversees community relationships, partnerships, and outreach. Ensures DLF stays connected to the needs of Caribbean communities and builds strong collaborations to support our programs.

James Patel

Director of Programs & Services

Oversees the planning and execution of all foundation programs and community initiatives. Ensures services are mission-aligned, impactful, and meet the needs of families across the Caribbean diaspora.
